Problem unit

Overall instructions for signing up another on the account are not good. My wife had the impression she had to create another account of her own. As for the product, it worked for a short time then disconnected and I kept getting an message about not being able connect, then the unit just cut off and quit working completely. The battery one I use at work has been fine for a couple years now but this unit has not been from the start.
