  The item I received in good order it was packaged well and delivered promptly, I checked it was working properly today before doing a feedback and it was working fine, they did say if there were any problems to contact so they can resolve it, this is a good thing, sometimes it pays to get eBooks on disc as many old books are hard to find and have information one wants on a usb or disc without searching libraries for hours to find it, a good purchase thanks
