8-Pin LED Flasher Relay Fix Hyper Flash For LEXUS TOYOTA Turn Signal Decoder
Aug 20, 2018
Easy and excellent!!!
Hyperflashing is gone! The front and rear LED turn signal lights of my 2006 prius(tesla is beyond my reach yet)are working perfectly, and I can appreciate the the brightness and elegance of my LED bulbs. I should have bought this one first instead of those resistors. I was hesitant to buy this flasher relay before for the reason that I don’t know where the flasher is located in my car, and I thought it is difficult and a real hassle to look for it and dissassemble the dash if it’s inside the car. So I bought those resistors, which are cheaper by a couple of dollars, and it’s easy installation as i have seen in youtube. I’m not a DIY guy, but watching youtube DIYs inspired me. Aside from saving money( which is really a lot!), I will gain and learn new knowledge and experience. First, resistor on the front driver side turn signal, a little clumsy but i managed well, no hyperflashing. A big smile of satisfaction! Then front passenger side, the wires to the turn signal light is really short! Dang!! I lost 3 splice connectors (included with the item) in the engine bay!!! Difficulty level is beyond my reach and ability! And, it melted the double-sided tape which I used for mounting the resistors, when I called a friend for extra splice connector just for 8mins i left it blinking. ( I feel it would defeat the purpose of easy installation if i bore holes for mounting or the one suggested by my friend to just cut the short wiring and connect an extension. good ideas though, but i stood with my principles. lol!!) Despair was looming, no extra splice connectors, I will not be able to install the rear turn signal LEDs. I left it that way, futuristic signal lights front, jurassic rear! It looks like I stuck a wax candle on the rear when I compared the front; a faint flicker of a horse carriage(i drive slow) trotting into the night, swallowed calmly by the pit of darkness unknowing of it’s future...what a dismal and pathetic sight! Miraculously, I encountered a youtube video on how to locate flasher relay of any vehicle among the millions of video related to that. Bless that guy(forgot the title though). From my ignorant point o view, it’s really basic! All I have to do is use my senses: auditory and tactile! After all the readings I did in chat rooms and blogs which did not really offer the location, here is a very short video on how. Very brilliant idea! I have a stethoscope for listening where the clicking sound comes, and my palms are a little bit sensitive to the slightest tremors. Lo and behold!!! Only using the stethoscope, upon auscultation, the loudest area came from behind the lower dash board driver side, a little left of the steering column. It was more easy to pull out the lower dashboard than with my struggle with the short wires! Then behind the metal plate of the suspected area, which was really a no-muscle to unbolt, there were 3 relays presenting. I started auscultating from left to right,m. First relay, definitely not, I can hear it but a little bit weak. Second, oh my it’s getting stronger, I feel the need to check thouroughly, I will check the third. Boom!!! A strong, solid, and deafening click was transmitted to my stet!!! I nearly broke my neck for I had a whiplash and literally rip the stet out of my ears! I laughed my guts out of my idiotic adventure! I found it!!! It’s the blue one nearest to the steering column. I didn’t not even use my sense of touch! It only took me a litttle over 30mins to pull out dash, metal plate, flasher relay(push tab and pull) replace with this new one(perfect fit!), metal plate, and dash. And...tested it...what a beauty! fell in love again with my old prius! lol! Thank you for this product, you made my car feel love again. (hahahaha! just whiling my time, downtime at work. Seriously, I highly and confidently recommend this product for your LED turn signal lights!)

USB Bluetooth Music Stereo Wireless Audio Receiver Adapter for Home Car Speaker

read product specs before purchasing
i should have been better than this. i did not read the product specs! lol! so i got what i paid. yes, it’s really inexpensive, there’s a lot of buts. the pros first: cheap, very portable, convenient, and small, you can use it even when it’s charging. in a minimalist’s view, aesthetic-wise it’s very sleek not obtrusive because of its size, no colored lights/leds that tend to distract. now the cons(which i did not read): it’s not automatic pairing, version is 2.-something which greatly affects the quality of sound. i used it in my car, and i’m still using the factory speakers(no budget yet for an upgrade), it’s like listening to a small transistor radio with your earplugs on. now, i use it on my bose speakers at home, sounds better. that’s it, i got the real value of what i paid.
