Dangerous
You need to be very careful with these panels.I hooked one up to the 12 volt battery for 15 minutes suspended in free air by the wires.,at which point the heat was so great that it de soldered the positive and negative wires from the board and fell to the bench. It had also melted the adhesive off the foam and the backing paper was bubbled.
I have mounted some on an aluminium sheet about twice the size of the panel and this is an effective heat sink which reduces the risk.
I would not like to stick this to a plastic interior light fitting in a car, it would melt it.

Simpson 550
Works fine, excellent delivery. Does not directly fit the simpson 550, the mounting bracket holes need to be re drilled on the machine as the outlet pipe will not go through the hole in the cabinet.

Led Lights
A well made product easy to fit. The only thing I didn't like was that the plastic surround around where the wire came out is higher than the back surface of the light, which means you have to drill a much bigger hole than just the wire size. Otherwise All Good
