    The mug did come, but the listed picture of the inside was black and white to disguise the stains on the inside of the mug, which were not listed in the description. Also, the packaging that it came in was an unwashed food container, which was unpleasant. I would return it but I really needed this to give as a gift, so I'm keeping it.

    I'm sorry you were not pleased with this purchase. The picture of the inside was not done in black and white, but in color. The mug was off-white and the inside was just dark due to the nature of photography. This was not a new mug but was throughly cleaned before purchase and shipping. I regret that I did not have the perfect box for this, but having it arrive safely and unbroken, as it did, I think that is to be considered more important than the clean container you saw. Enjoy.

Bottles come empty! A Rip-off product. Use Duro Super Glue instead!
I've had two "new" bottles of this and when I've gone to open and use this product, there is NO glue inside!!! I will never, ever buy this brand again. What a rip-off! I love "Duro" brand super glue that comes in a 4-pack. Each little bottle has a very good re-sealable cap that keeps it fresh and flowing for each application.
