Superb Buy for the Money; wish they still made it!
I've had one of these for about nine years now and it has never let me down. I'm no camera expert, but, in my opinion, this is a superb buy for the money. It probably has more functions than the everyday photographer will ever use, but they're there if you need them. I use mine for wildlife photography and family events and it has always taken superb pictures - even in full automatic mode. The directions are pretty straightforward and if you understand things like aperture, f-stop, etc., you'll probably master it pretty quickly. Most recently, my daughter participated in a regional championship horse show and I used it almost exclusively in video mode. I was pleased to find that it takes excellent videos and it was relatively easy to zoom in and out as she navigated a series of jumps. Overall, a superb camera with which only a professional would criticize.

Great, very durable and bright lights - worth every penny!
A very, very high-quality, durable light that's exceptionally bright - 100 lumens! I've replaced the junk lights on my horse trailers and cargo trailer with these lights and very glad I did. They're bright enough that you won't need directional/adjustable lights any longer. I was a little hesitant to pay this much for a light, but, after installing the first one, I bought five more; they're that good!

I'm Impressed!
6 of 6 found this helpful I bought four of these little guys to go with the four Spypoint LINK-DARK cameras I purchased for my hunting lease (which is 11 hours from my home) and I have been very impressed! Spypoint/GG Telecom did a great job with this camera; it is much smaller than any other cell camera I'm aware of and it works - very well! All four of mine perform flawlessly. They are VERY simple to program from the Spypoint app and in the field, you just attach it to a tree and turn it on.
Quality of build is, like the other Spypoint cameras, very good and, believe it or not, it takes very good pictures. Transmitted photos are very good quality and the photos I've downloaded from the micro SD cards have been superb. Overall quality, resolution and color of daytime photos is very good, while nighttime photos are as good as any camera I own. If I had any criticism or recommendations at all, it would be... Never mind.
