About
I have been buying and selling on eBay since February 1999. Unless otherwise noted, items were bought new by me and I have been the only owner. Feel free to ask about anything I have listed. I have no secrets, an educated buyer is my best customer!

I get compliments on this watch!
I’ve been collecting, repairing, changing bands and batteries for years. I’m picky when getting a new watch to wear, as opposed to collect. This Skagen is amazing! It has the prettiest blue dial I’ve ever seen. The contrast of the hands in front of the face, make it easy to read. I am going yo chang the leather strap for a metal bracelet, because that’s my preference, there is nothing negative about the strap.

Bicentennial Proof Set
All proof sets have outstanding contribution coins. They are shiny with crisp images, and while still sealed, lack finger prints or other flaws. But what makes this set special are the bicentennial coins. The Eisenhower Dollar, the Kennedy half dollar, and the Washington quarter are dated 1776-1976. Finding these special coins in your pocket change is nice, but finding them in a Proof Set is fantastic!

Why wait for the iWatch? Get a Pebble watch now!
I was tired of waiting for the "iWatch." I remembered the Pebble watch was launched in 2013 so I thought I'd check eBay for a gently used watch. (This way I could justify buying an iWatch since I didn't pay full price for the Pebble. I've got to say this is a really nice smart watch and Apple has their work cut out for them to make the iWatch better than the Pebble!
First, it looks cool. Second it connects easily to an iPhone (or an android phone too!). Third, you can get texts, email and phone caller ID right on your watch. It comes with three different watchfaces and you can download hundreds more for free. There are also apps you can download (most of them are free) to make your watch even better.
On the downside, you can't use your phone to reply to a text (I've heard there is an android app at permits replying with canned messages), nor use it to talk on the phone. It has no microphone or keyboard. When you get a notification it just vibrates. It doesn't have a speaker either. All this is fine with me. I like the watch just the way it is.
I still may get an iWatch, but for now, the Pebble watch is great!
