Good for softer material

I bought it to drill a shallow indentation in sintered bronze. This would be pushing it beyond what it was designed for. It didn’t do what I had hoped but I bought it knowing it was a long shot and wouldn’t give it a low rating for that. Price is very reasonable.

It’s a battery, it works

I have two watches, a Majestron pocket watch and a Casio Forester. Both use the same type of battery and both had quit. These cost a fraction of what one sells for at Walmart. I installed them and now both watches are working. Neither installation was easy. I managed to damage something in the Casio so that the light doesn’t work, but I seldom use the light anyway.

Requires expensive proprietary equipment to activate

Activation requires a modulated signal, unlike OE sensors. Only certain expensive shop-type equipment can activate these sensors. Less expensive equipment like Autel ts501 cannot supply the modulated signal to activate. In that respect, theses are NOT OE compatible.
