    The quality of the spring hangers are very good. They came adequately packaged and had a coating of oil to keep them from rusting. The sellers are very understanding, my first shipment was 1 week late and had no updates to the shipping so I messaged them about it and they said they were sorry and sent a second package which came. I definitely appreciated their understanding and their good costumer service.

    Ordered strut on 4/14. Package was lost by USPS somewhere in Illinois. After 2 weeks contacted seller on Monday, 4/28 and by Wednesday 4/30 the replacement was on my doorstep, thanks to seller and FedEx. The communication with seller, and quick resolution of the shipping problem went above and beyond my expectation.
