    Great experience. Machine was in like new condition. Even had new parts in manufacturing packaging. When we first used it the grounds in the dreg drawer were very wet but the machine self calibrates after a few days. No longer a problem. ~ 1/2 cost of new unit and might as well be new. Best of all my wife loves it.
