  I received my new dash pad and upon opening the box I found scratches on the top of the dash pad, I immediately reached out to the seller, he requested pictures, I provided them, but didn’t hear back so I emailed him, still didn’t hear back, so I called and was informed that the pictures were forwarded to manufacturer and they would decide if it could be repaired or replaced… after waiting more than 2 weeks we proceeded with having the scratched dash pad installed, scratches are noticeable..

  Buyer did not send us photos of box and bag item was shipped in as requested We needed to determine if buyer pulled out the staples before removing the item that may have scratched the dashboard - Item was shipped without scratches from the factory according to quality control - Staples need to be removed before pulling item out of bag so item does not get scratched !

  I only have good things to say. The shipping company crushed my package and the seller replaced the item as fast as they could. My dash is sturdy and looks great. I would 10/10 buy again.
