This is the basis for my business consulting efforts. It's revolutionary.
1 of 1 found this helpful The concepts presented by Mr. Goldratt form the basis on my business consulting business. I have coupled them with my extensive accounting experience and business background and further combined lean manufacturing ideas to make my approach (I believe) the best around. I promote a continuous improvement process utilizing key employees to improve profitability and strongly encourage a sharing of those profits with employees to reward and further harness their energies. In doing so, the business can improve day to day, month to month, and year to year indefinitely. It's really that powerful. Mr. Goldratt's book is sometimes quirky, but the concepts he pushes is a true foundation for success.
