Ok not great
Why couldn’t Plantronics leave well enough alone? The original Backbeat Fit was great! The one major feature that was left out was the Mute feature on the left ear. Critical to taking calls and drowning out background noise on important calls. It has sufficient call quality, the earbuds are considerably less comfortable. Overall, if you just need something to listen to podcasts or music on, they are fine.
