LI-ion Pack for TK-380

These packs are light years ahead of the NiCad packs originally supplied with the radios. These packs last for a couple of days and do not seem to discharge when left unused over a long period. Also a good value as the pack and charger are less money than a NiCad pack and OEM charger. Only downside is they are not fast chargers and require an overnight charge.

Wire is not shielded as advertised

The cable is advertised in the specifications as 'shielded' since it is a microphone extension cable. There is NO shield around the mic conductor, in fact no shield at all in the cable thus it is susceptible to hum and RF interference if used as a mic extension. Given the fact that the mic line is NOT shielded I can not recommend it for its advertised use.
