Fell apart less than one year after I purchased it!

Completely fell apart inside the door! Started acting up about three weeks before it fell apart. Trying to contact AM Parts to see if their 10 yr warranty is for real. See how the cables became bound? There is also nothing to hold those cables to the window trolley (the part that goes up and down. Will update on the warranty.
