Plastic molded frame is sturdier than sheet metal
I was entirely skeptical of purchasing this item from overseas. First there was the question of the diameter of the handle attachment. I already have a pole and the diameter they gave for the new net didn't seem to match up with the ID of the pole I have. After my sheet metal frame net came far enough apart and nearly broke off at the handle end, I ordered and received the new plastic framed net. I was very pleased to discover that it fit the pole I have and the net appears to be sturdier than the steel one I had before. I have every reason to believe that this new net will last and last as long as I can keep it away from our labrador retrievers. Ha!

Need tamper proof Torx tools. Get these and go to work!!
Whenever you find yourself in need of disassembling an appliance for diagnosis of a malfunction, you're probably going to find you need a tamper proof torx tool for some of the screws that hold it together. I found that, although I had a set of bits, they were too short to get into the recessed hole and still contact the screws I needed to back out. Also, they were too big in diameter to get into that recessed hole. I found these on Ebay and read the customer reviews. I bought a set and when it arrived, I put one of them to use forthwith. This set is proud of itself and rightly so. I have lots of experience with tools and I could tell right away the reviews I read were correct. Any professional AND any DIY'er should be proud to own and use this set of tools.

Briggs & Stratton parts made overseas.
Briggs & Stratton must have convinced the company that made these parts that they'd better build to Briggs' specifications or else !! This inlet and seat assembly functioned flawlessly and I have no reason to suspect that any other OEM Briggs parts would do otherwise.
