  rami.bensaid acknowledged their mistake of advertising and selling the wrong size sky dragon. They offered a choice between a full refund or keep the item with a partial refund. I sent it back with the prepaid shipping label they sent. The money was then returned to my account. In the future I think they will be more careful describing the items they sell.

  Unfortunately, this seller is selling FAKE Jellycats, and is advertising them as genuine. I even asked for photographs before I purchased, and they did NOT ship me the same dragons that they showed in the photos. They also arrived extremely squished and flattened. Highly disappointed in this experience. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. Hoping for a full refund. I have also reported this listing. (For reference, this is what I got, vs. a genuine Lazulia I ordered directly from Jellycat).

  Item arrived quickly and is accurate to picture and description. The seller was prompt in communication, as well. My only complaint is that the dragon was squashed into a shipping bag that was definitely too small for him, so it took a while to get him fluffed back up and the stuffing where it should have been. Expensive, but a collectors item.
