Not bad for the price, a few minor flaws.
3 of 3 found this helpful It seems to be a little slow to finish brewing. It takes about 10 minutes for 10 cups. It has a minor irritating design flaw. A #4 filter doesn't fit without cramming in in the basket or folding the filter along the side edge to reduce the circumference of the filter to match the basket. To fully drain the carafe, you have to hold it almost totally upside down and hold the lid closed with your other hand. I wish the water spray head provided better coverage of the coffee grounds. It seems to disburse about a 1 inch in diameter area in the center of the coffee. While the coffee eventually all gets wet, a better dispersion of water would do wonders for extraction.
It brews good coffee and the water is close to being the right temperature. I measured 188 degrees for the water temperature.
