    This item was advertised as Nonie of BH BODY LOTION but the photo was not clear enough to read the label so I went with the description. When I received the product, it was Nonie of BH SKIN TONER which is a completely different product. Ebay did issue a return but I still have not received any response from the seller. I contacted the seller 2 days ago and still have not hear back .

    I received the email along with a return request .. since the return request was already initiated.. there was nothing I could have done ..I allowed that process to go through and I'm the one that issued the refund NOT EBAY.. I had no replacement for the item.. the description was copied from a Google search.. but I did make sure to post tons of pics illustrating exactly what I had .. if there was any questions.. the buyer could have just contacted me ..
