    Received item quickly, well packaged, and once I found the correct instructions, I could reset the unit and use it as it was designed. Its unfortunate that the included instructions only provide basic info and don't explain how to reset the unit back to the default state. The manufacturer has 8 YouTube tutorial videos that explain how to operate the USB device. I think it would be helpful if the seller would link these into the description. Otherwise, happy with purchase at a good price.
