Must read
If you care about your health this is a must read book. Dr Gregor breaks it all down so it’s easy to understand the why’s. He also has a cook book with this title. Eating whole food plant based diet has changed my life

Dull knives
I have been looking for a sharpener in my local store and online. After reading the reviews on this knife I felt it would do a good job. WRONG!! I read the directions and followed them exactly. I even looked up and watched online videos on this product. After following the instructions exactly 3 times and sharpening the knives they were more dull then when I started.
