  Item arrived in good time but due to poor packaging before shipping it arrived broken. Messaged the seller as soon as it arrived yesterday and they haven’t bothered to respond so I’m guessing that’s my answer. The broken part renders this item useless for me because without it it’s just an annoyance having to find something that I can dry cutlery in… I have no choice but to leave this feedback as “Positive” but I refuse to wait 7 days to leave negative feedback so here you go, 100% NEGATIVE

  Update: The seller was very responsive and accepted my comments and concerns wholeheartedly. The seller was very quick to offer a resolution and if I could I would definitely edit/change my original feedback. The tone was very negative but at the time I was extremely disappointed with the item which was part of a few items I ordered from numerous sellers, three of them extremely dodgy to say the least. THIS SELLER IS ONE OF THE GOOD ONES! I would easily shop with this seller again. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

  Unfortunately for me the wrong item was sent out, however the seller agreed immediately to accept a return postage paid, and gave the option or a replacement or refund. Communication was very swift and polite, even was sorted within three days.
