Good Old Standby
This is the 2nd I have had, they work just fine, I had the last one for about 10 years.

Chep transformer
Very low cost transformer. That being said, I bought two of the 12.0 Amp and two of the 2 Amp for running LEDs light strips. The 2 Amp worked just fine put out 12.2 volts @ full load, but the 12.5 Amp only would put out 9.5 volts @ 9 Amp load, thy say are adjustable but that did nothing.
