  Seller offered free discs at no extra cost, and gave me choices! I was taken aback when I received it because I had misread the description as new and not like new and wasn't expecting it to be opened already (the digital code is reported as redeemed) but it looks to be in good condition including the collector cards. There was a minor defect in the disc holder, one of them is loose, but the discs are good. The slipcover appears decent with just a couple of blemishes. More good than like new.
