  Seller was good to work with, the item was misrepresented in the description. Seller got a little upset/ condescending when I started the return but in the end I got a full refund for the item and that is all I can ask for. Item was advertised to have Bluetooth capability which it did not have and that is the reason I purchased it. The radio itself was in perfect condition when I received it

  When item was attempted to be delivered a note from USPS that I would need to pay $42 to pickup the item.I reached out to seller & he said it was because they couldn't deliver it and if I picked it up would be no charge.My dad went to pick it up & they said he couldn't get it until he paid $42 because the weight was incorrect.When I got the item it was all bent up & I had to bend it just to get the top on it.Then none of the racks fit.I reached out to seller & he said 1000% right racks-NOPE
