Good, powerful and affordable product
I am using it together with the ST-Link V2 usb programmer and it works great. I haven't tried to flash it with a boot loader because the S-Link usb offers real time debugging features as well so it is a better tool in my opinion.

Easy to use, affordable and good quality product
Great product. A firmware update is also available for it. Once the USB driver is installed it can be easily used to program and debug STM MCU's
