More than bright enough, with a good beam pattern, somewhere between flood and spotlight. Long runtime. Metal build housing is a good feature.

Handy micro clamps
Pretty good clamping pressure, very compact size, and just right for hobby level tasks. I use it as a stand for my iPad after the leg broke off the case.

Overachiever on the cheap.
2 of 3 found this helpful Features expandable flash memory, very good wifi performance, hdmi output, and low price. Minuses: approx three hour battery, low volume speakers and headphone output, screen not very scratch resistant. Good as a go anywhere device, or a backup web surfer, when you just don't want to risk taking your top tier electronics goodies in harms way. I was able to update my OS at a wifi hotspot, but did need to keep it pluggged to AC power during the lengthy download/config. Surfs as fast as my Ipad 2, and plays youtube videos fine. I say: Go for it!
