Do NOT use the secondary tensioners
1 of 1 found this helpful This kit is branded "Evergreen" and is obviously made in China. But that being said it is a good kit as long as you do NOT use the included secondary tensioners!
They require valve cover and front cam cap removal in order to access. After all that work and reassembly, it turns out the springs in them are too weak, so they cause camshaft position codes with resulting check engine light. I found this out the hard way. Just take them out of the package and toss them in the trash.
Do yourself a favor and simply buy new shoes for your existing tensioners from Nissan. They are like $4 each. You don't need the special tool to snap them on. Gentle use of channel-locks will snap them on. You will have to go to Nissan anyways to get the special o-rings for the oil pump passages through the upper oil pan, the o-ring for the oil filter cooler/adapter assembly and the little o-rings that feed oil to the VVT covers. Speaking of the VVT covers, if you choose to remove these during disassembly, you will need the special seals for that. Fortunately all those little o-rings and seals are pretty cheap from Nissan.
The rest of the kit is fine and has been working well for the last 1000 miles. However the kit includes a red and a black o-ring for the water pump. Nissan OEM water pump o-rings are both black. There are no instructions included to denote which side of the water pump the red o-ring goes. So I picked the coolant side and I guess I got lucky as it hasn't leaked.
Hope this helps someone to avoid the issues I had with this kit.

Ok, but could be better
It fits and exhaust gasses flow through it.
That being said, the finish of this product leaves something to be desired. The exhaust ports were very rough and unevenly shaped. There were obvious large grinding marks near the EGR tube flange. This is typical of Chinese cast iron replacement exhaust manifolds. On the plus side all of the threads on the manifold were fine and the machine work at the exhaust header flange was pretty decent. Despite what is shown in the pictures the unit I ordered came with and exhaust manifold to cylinder head gasket. It's almost impossible to remove the EGR tube studs from the factory manifold, so it would be nice if they would include studs and nuts for that as the bolts that are used for the block off plate are of poor quality and too short. It's unlikely that any US market car would not have the EGR tube, so unless you plan to eliminate the EGR system (bad idea) you'll have to scrounge up some studs/nuts or longer bolts.
If you are looking for a cheap way to fix the cracked exhaust manifold on your Toyota this will work. If you are looking for a part that is comparable to factory OEM part quality, this isn't it.
