  Seller poorly packed the fragile tube tester then finally accepted a return after multiple emails. The seller then receives the return and attempts to blame me for additional damage that was done during return shipping and refused to process my refund. Unbelievable.

  Buyer has a very ill child I can respect his emotions. The unit was returned with damage from being dropped on a concrete floor at the buyers end not in the return process as return box was undamaged but tester was with abrasion damage to corner.Buyer said 83 tube was broken in shipment yet no glass dust or fragments in case. The happy ending is two new tubes straitened corner of face plugged it in and tested fine. I leave it to the reader if this negative feedback deserved.
