Berlin Airlift semi documentary
2 of 2 found this helpful This is a movie about the post WWII Berlin Airlift, which literally saved the Berlin people from starvation and extreme hardship when the Russians cut off all access to the city from the West. The movie tends to drag on some, however provides some excellent vintage aircraft shots, and explains the use of early guidance radar . While the history this movie tells about is true, the accompanying story depicts how desperate some people were to get to the U.S.. Montgomery Clift is the star of the movie, with Paul Douglas delivering a very strong support role. It's a great movie for airplane/Berlin airlift buffs, as well as historical fans.

Good buy for a quality product
1 of 1 found this helpful The quality isn't bad, although the "boots" could be better. Instructions could be better as to whether the curved rails should face up or down. The fit is pretty good. All in all, it came out pretty good on my 2003 CRV. Now I can transport my canoe better!
