Review of J5 2016 replacement screen.
Considering that this is replacement type of display, it is actually quite sharp. Colors are not so vivid as original amoled. But for replacement screen for older phone it's just fine. Brightness on this screen actually can be adjusted, but not automatically. You just need to move slider. Another tip: logo is hidden under thin layer of black paint on front (outer) side. Just scrape paint with flatten razor blade. Watch not to damage glass because hardness is questionable.

Good item for price
Driver is same as PL2303, first you need to initialize with 0x50, then 0x51. with some delay 100ms between codes.
Bad thing is that all relays are high upon plugging in power source, then you need to use some inverted logic.

Buy something else!
First problem is that you cannot get battery compartment to close correctly. Plastic is molded incorrectly. After 10min of trying I have managed to get it to work, but in order to keep it working, I had to duct tape battery compartment. Handle supposed to be soft grip, but it is plain plastic.
Only good thing about this is LED light and retail box.
