Great of Exercise
This ball is great for exercise. It's ribbed all around so it's much harder to drop it than with smooth balls. I highly recommend it.

One of the greatest albums ever.
It shows up as number 101 on the Rolling Stone list of the greatest albums of all time. And Frank is the ONLY crooner to make the list. Sinatra came into his own in the Capitol years. All his Capitol albums are great, but I particularly recommend this one, and Songs for Swingin' Lovers, which includes what is arguably the greatest pop song arrangement in history, I've Got You Under My Skin, arranged by the inimitable Nelson Riddle.
