    This razor kit was definitely shipped on time. I was looking for a Gillette Labs Razor kit because I wanted to try it. The item arrived New as described in the description. It came with one razor, eight cartridges, and a stand. Just as described in the description. I would definitely recommend this seller to anyone. Also I messaged the seller when several days went by and I didn’t receive the item. They were quick to act. They sent another one out immediately with tracking information provided.

    Seller is dishonest. I ordered new electric brush heads and received two used sets. Before purchase, I asked if they were new — seller confirmed. Later claimed a different packer made a mistake and promised to send replacements. I trusted him and placed another order for flossers. He never sent the replacements and now ignores my messages. Avoid!

    Item arrived in poor shape, and seller tried defending the product saying it was discounted. Well if it was discounted for damage, it should’ve been pictured or noted in the description that there is damage. For all I know this could be a resealed box with all of the aftermarket tape used. Will not be buying from this seller again, as when I spoke with them they had an attitude over my concerns. Very disappointing.
