Versatile and easy to use

Bought this for my 1938 Austin 7, which has 6v electrics. The charger's job is to keep the Austin's battery in good health when it's not in use, which can be for long periods over the winter. I've found the charger easy to use, but it does come with very clear instructions. I like the fact that it's also a 12v charger, so it could be put to use on the modern, daily-driver.

My favourite bass guitar strings

Rotosound RS77 jazz bass strings are my preference. They are very smooth to the fingers and sound really good for jazz, big-band, country, folk and R&B. Also, I find their corrosion resistance is excellent and they are very robust and long-lasting. Add to this their good value for money, plus wide availability, and they remain first choice for me.
