  TERRIBLE SELLER! Purchased 3 items, requested combined shipping, which the seller offers. The seller accepted my offer for each item and eBay auto-purchased with shipping included for EACH item separately. I contacted seller requesting refund of excess shipping, response: DONT KNOW HOW. I contacted eBay who said seller need contact eBay for instructions - I told seller in 2 communications. I advised seller NOT to ship, but he did - using 3 separate boxes @ $70 cost UNACCEPTABLE REFUND REQUIRED

  Only one photo shown of the bag, which did not include the strap…strap was very small and needed to be replaced. I would not have bought the product, had I known it had a mini strap. Just be honest in your listing, please!
