I ran mine inverted due to project needs
Worked out fine for me, I just wish the lip on the "inside" wasn't there for my purposes. The lip actually is there to help hold the tolex or other upholstery which didn't apply to me. I suppose I could Dremel it off and repaint, but it's fine as is.

Lightweight with great features! A nice compliment to a OEM system.
Nice little package. This underseat powered subwoofer (made by Panasonic) adds just the right amount of oomph to the stock head unit. I had upgraded the door speakers to some 6.5" JVC 3 ways with a Roadkill RKFR6 foam kit and I have the factory tweeter kit too. I'm completely happy with the system now. Having said that, it's not going to set off car alarms like a set of overamped 12's but if you wanted that, you wouldn't be looking at this, much less with a stock head unit. My better half seems happy too.
