Highly detailed and ready to run
Compared to older Walthers cars, this one has more details and the paint job is much better. It looks very much like real stainless. The roof doesn't seem to fit terribly well and comes off very easy. I guess that's good if you want to easily access the inside but there's a tiny gap where it doesn't sit flush which is somewhat annoying. After some tinkering, I was able to get it to sit flush for the most part. When used with other Walthers cars, the diaphragms meet up perfectly. It's a bit challenging to uncouple they fit so well.
The roof and the fact Walthers doesn't use Kadee couplers make my score less than perfect.

Easy to assemble, realistic
Even without painting, this silo looks great. The plastic as-is looks much like the real thing. The kit is really simple to assemble and requires little additional work. I was able to put it together in under an hour. Very well done with little flash that needed to be remove. Follow the instructions and soon you'll have a nice grain bin.

Pretty detailed
If you're looking for decent quick to add details, these are great. I expected the cattails to be more pronounced but it seems the material making up these is very light. Might vary per batch but slightly darker or cattails having more material would be better.
