You cannot go wrong with this album.
1 of 1 found this helpful First heard "This is Us" on Pandora. Knopfler fan since Dire Straits. Not so much Emmylou; my mistake. This is a superior delight. Not every number is a gem, but none are dogs. A child of the 60's and 70's, this is about all I have bought in the last five years, excluding Stones, Buffet, Beatles, and occasional soul.

Tiny book, great info
Author has packed information about fermentation as it it applies to food preparation, like pickling or making your own fermented products. Late summer and early fall is a fine time to apply some of the teaching. Looking now for his bigger books.
