Mostly good - Great if you don't wear shorts.

Solid, seems durable... The fabric on the seat is very rough to touch. It looks/feels like Kevlar weave or something similar. If you wear shorts, the fabric is abrasive and causes a lot of uncomfortable friction anytime you rub the skin on your legs against it. Otherwise, great seat.
