Randy was fast to ship and the package was packed very well. The VIC-II Kawari is an exceptional product and the perfect modern replacement part for those old dying VIC-II chips in our old Commodore 64 computers. I predict a whole lot of these things are going to be sold and he may have trouble keeping up with demand. I plan to buy a few more myself when they become available again. Do yourself a favor and say goodbye to VIC-II scalpers and grab some of these when available... Thanks Randy!

Decent product for the price.

I bought this for my Commodore 64. It works with both composite and s-video (custom cable with 300ohm resistor on chroma pin). However, the downside is that pixels close together with high contrast color changes between them show up as a checkerboard pattern (especially on text making it hard to read). But for the price, I wasn't expecting a pixel perfect display anyway.

Commodore 64 replacement PLA, J-PLA, C64, SX-64. Replaces 906114-01.
