Great OEM replacement for an STI
One of the vendors I work with on NASIOC recommended these to me, and if you do a simple search you'll see they are a favorite. The 308s are the 'new' version of the street pads by StopTech, and compared to the 309s I think they are much improved.
So far so good - not a single squeak or vibration (on new Centric rotors so). They feel as good as the day I bought the car new. Even better actually because they have a bit more bite and MUCH LEST DUST!!!!
Also - this was by far the best price I found on the web (sorry anonymous NASIOC dealer :)

Only lasted 1 week - Mayhems QA needed
Looked AMAZING for about 1 week but has already lost most of its UV reflectance.
Too bad... Mayhems usually has good quality built into their products. Woudln't rcommend this one.

Best cables on the planet in this price range
Best cables on the planet in this price range - Not a lot more to say. I've been using KK hardware for years and will likely never switch brands because the build quality, sound quality and aesthetics are pretty much in their own league above the rest.
Yes, you can get a cheaper cable anywhere but with KK you will likely never be needing to replace them. They are tough! These guys really do their R&D and know what looks good.
