  I rarely give feedback and have never given negative feedback. But my experience with this vendor has compelled me to make a record. I ordered this item with the mistaken belief that it was new in the box. Yes, the photo did not show a button but the vendor never said anything about any missing parts. When I brought this up in a very cordial manner, the vendor was very unprofessional and condescending. I would caution any buyers who have a choice to watch out and buy elsewhere!
