1997 ford e-series van

At first, It looks beautiful van.. very clean and I bought this because I have three children and needed a bigger vehicle. So we can go places.. But the outcome, I am not happy with the van because I found out that the van has a rotten frame and the stabilizer bar is hanging off on one side of the frame and it isn't safe to drive and now it has been sitting in my parking spot for over a month. I am not please with it because it was faulty advertisement on the ebay saying that the van was in excellent condition. For what I paid for it is the same amount for the cost of the frame that needed to be replace with a new frame. Everything is all wrong. I couldn't know for sure because it was sold by an older man and I took his word and I believe in him. I think there should be more strict about what they are selling on ebay. i paid for the hotel to get out there and meet the guy and had it towed all the way to my hometown that is another 600 dollars. and I am a full time at home single father with three children and i shouldn't be treated like this by previous owner.. where is the loyalty? and honesty? please reply back, I am trying to figure out what to do, cuz I do need wheels and i had to find a way to get my kids for emergency like now..
