  Arrived in visibly damaged box with excessive tape. Machine motor would not power the bobbin. Had to purchase this machine again at Joann's as it was a Christmas gift. Seller offered me $100 to keep a useless machine. The box looked like it had been shipped around the world three times.

  Horrible experience with this seller. After purchasing it 3 weeks ago they said it was shipping out immediately after I told them what size I wanted. 2 weeks passed by, I reach out to them and they said they ran out of the size and that they just received a new shipment and it would be shipping out immediately. Another week goes by, I messaged them with no response. Then I contacted eBay to assist me through the process of refund. Very disappointing that there are sellers like this out there.
