Not as shown in photo!
This is a cap. It has a piece of cord. They are not connected to each other and it is almost impossible to do so. Very misleading picture.

Avoid
I thought this might be preferable to my existing dilators. It absolutely isn't!
In particular the material is far too rigid and rough, and the cross piece too short and rough.
Very uncomfortable - I'd go for the alternatives in soft silicone and a variety of sizes, as I did originally and to which I have happily returned.
