1 of 1 found this helpful This book covers so many areas! I find myself thinking after reading, feeling like I have been very posively instructed in how and why for each topic. Body shapes and the clothing angles and features that flatter; types of skin and foundations (and tips & tricks to soften lines ), every area even shoes are pure jewels of wisdom in this book. I have been mining it for a couple of days and keep unearthing new ideas and Ahas! I recommed this book to anyone who wants to transform and update themselves after 45. You do need a sense of curiosity and an open mind.. let the author talk to you!
