Road racing techniques
Is a great book with many advice in road racing techniques. The book focuses in the position of the cyclist in the bike. Give a lot of tips in geometry and fiting in the road bike talks a lot about gearing and we have to consider that is a 1983 book. I would like that the book give more tips in the training area like distance, kind of terrian and more advice in diet of a cyclist. Bernard Hinault is a 5 time tour de France winner and he have great tips for the beginner and an advanced cyclist.
