Great unit, does the job, can be noisy.
Love the Duraflame Fireplace.
This is my second one and I bought it to warm up my bedroom before bed (it tends to be 10 deg colder in there so...).
This is my second unit. The other is a higher end Duraflame (cost about $350) and is in my sunroom. It works really well to keep that room warm during the Wisconsin winter. I tell you this because this model is the less expensive version and works well, but is much louder at times. So if a more quiet unit is required, you might want to spend a bit more.
