Works great.
I was gifted a GPS that came with everything but the antenna. I picked this one up and it works perfectly.
Stainless Steel Long Tube 1-7/8" Exhaust Headers 09-15 Cadillac CTS-V 6.2L LSA

Needed extensive modifications
Needed extensive modifications to clear the steering shaft and the #1 tube was far to close to the number 2 plug so it also needed to be modified.

STAINLESS STEEL LONG TUBE HEADER+Y-PIPE FOR CHEVY/GMC GMT900 V8 EXHAUST/MANIFOLD

You get what you pay for and it's not that bad
If you're looking for a perfectly fitting $300 set of headers and Y-pipe you need to realize you're better off buying the $600-700 sets for that, but this does fit and is a great value. Mine went in an 07 Avalanche. The headers fit very well but did need a bit of clearancing near the steering shaft, drivers front plug boot, and a bit over the passenger side frame where the starter cable passes over. Took 15 minutes with a torch and hammer to fix that. The y-pipe could be a lot better but it does fit and clears everything. The welds are of good quality and everything went in with no issues other than some normal massaging most low-dollar full lengths need. Edit, I did have to put a tack weld on the #4 cylinder at the flange. There was a pinhole they missed when welding and it was just enough to tick while running
