Easy to install some soldering required
The product is easy to install with tee-harness. Note that there are 4 (CAN) wires that you MUST solder. Other than that the installation is relatively simple though this was easy and clear in the instructions.
I contacted their support team twice with a couple basic questions just to make sure I understood what was mentioned on the tip sheet. The customer support team was great, answered my questions, no wait, never on hold and always available during their business hours which are convenient for both East and West coast customers.
I selected the model that uses the car remote with a 3 lock press to start the car. This is adequate for our purpose.
As I mentioned installation was simple but I was more worried about breaking a plastic tab on the molding, that did not happen since I took my time. I suggest that you take your time and read the manual first as is suggested. You won't go wrong with this starter!

Exact fit Subaru water pump 3.0 L H6
This is an OEM Part and will last another 150,000 miles at least.
Since I was resealing the timing cover it was a wear item I felt I should replace since I was in there.
Do not use an after market pump the Subaru water pump is teh highest quality and you do not want to have to open teh timing chain cover to replace a lesser quality part.
This does not include the outer gasket (o-ring) which will need to be replaced.
Look to the service manual for easy removal of the water pump.
